Terms of Service
1. Platform Role: SiteCrew is a venue for connecting job seekers and employers. We do not employ the workers on our platform, nor do we guarantee employment or project outcomes.
2. User Responsibilities: Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their certifications and experience. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, safety standards, and payment of workers.
3. Prohibited Use: You may not use SiteCrew for any illegal activities or to harass other users. We reserve the right to remove any user or job listing that violates our community standards.
4. Liability: SiteCrew is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any disputes, injuries, or losses that occur on a job site found through our platform.
